At Alma’s we like to keep it simple for our catering so we offer 1 option for $25/person
Satisfy your cravings with our slow cooked roasted meats, perfectly cooked rice, authentic black beans, and a fresh crunchy salad! This option provides 3 large trays of meats: Roasted chicken thighs, Slow cooked Pork: Pernin/ Carnitas/ Al Pastor, and perfectly seasoned tender chopped Steak (your choice of any combination of the 3). 1 large tray of rice, 1 large tray of our tender seasoned black beans, and 1 large tray of fresh crisp salad.
